Pricing & Taxes

The prices displayed on our site are in US Dollars and include all applicable taxes.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund.

When We Offer Refunds

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The item does not match the description or photos
  • You are genuinely not satisfied with the quality or fit

What We Cannot Refund

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or show clear signs of use
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sleep masks and hygiene-related accessories (for health reasons)
  • Orders older than 30 days

Return Shipping & Costs 

All returns must be shipped back to our central warehouse in Asia.

Customers are responsible for:

  • The full cost of return shipping
  • Choosing a carrier that properly supports international customs clearance
  • Paying any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees
  • Providing accurate and complete customs documentation

Wolvere is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, rejected, or lost due to customs complications or shipping method issues.

Return adress

To ensure your return is processed smoothly and efficiently, please ship your items only to the return address provided by our customer service team after approval.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@wolvere.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and reason of return. 
  3. Our team will review your request (usually within 24–48 hours).

Refunds

Once your return has been received and gently inspected:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email from us with the outcome
  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (processing times vary by bank or payment provider)
