Do you ship to the USA?

Yes! We ship for free to all of the United States.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new favourites soon. Because of this, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this time may not be possible. 

Once you receive your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund under our satisfaction guarantee. For full details, please see our Return and Refund Policy.

We offer a variety of convenient and secure payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

When will my order be processed?

We strive to make the entire shipping process fast and efficient. 

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

How long will shipping take? 

Most orders arrive within 3-10 business days.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

All prices on our website are shown in US Dollars and include taxes.

How do I return an item?

  1. Contact us at hello@wolvere.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and reason of return. 
  3. Our team will review your request (usually within 24–48 hours).

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund? 

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The money will be credited back to your original payment method.

If you paid by credit or debit card, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. If you haven't seen the refund yet, please contact your bank or card issuer directly — they can give you the most accurate update.
