How To Use It

1. Start with clean skin and a few drops of facial oil or a rich cream. Gua sha on dry skin drags — the slip matters more here than with a roller.
2. Hold the stone almost flat against the face, at a shallow angle. Not on its edge.
3. Work in long, single-direction strokes, always from the centre of the face outward. Never scrub back and forth.
4. Jaw: from the point of the chin along the jawline to the ear. Three to five passes each side.
5. Cheek: from beside the nose out toward the temple, following the cheekbone.
6. Brow: from the centre of the forehead outward to the hairline, then use the notch to sit either side of the brow bone.
7. Neck: finish with slow downward strokes from behind the ear to the collarbone.
8. Three to five minutes, then stop. Light pressure throughout — you should never see the skin go red.

Rinse in cool water afterwards and dry properly. Never warm the stone — the cold is the point.

When To Use It
